Diagnostics are completely free. We inspect your TV, identify the problem, and provide a written estimate before any work begins. You only pay if you choose to proceed with the repair.
Most repairs are completed within 1-3 business days. Simple issues like power problems or port repairs can often be done same-day. Screen repairs may take longer due to part availability.
Yes! We offer in-home service for Edmond, Stillwater, Enid, and select Oklahoma City metro areas. A service call fee applies based on location. Large repairs are typically done in our shop for better equipment access.
We service all major brands including Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, TCL, Hisense, Sharp, Panasonic, Philips, and more. We also work on vintage and specialty sets that other shops won't touch.
We'll give you honest advice. If a repair costs more than 50% of a new TV's price, we'll tell you. Sometimes a repair doesn't make sense — and we'll say so. We want you to make an informed decision.
