- Parts Warranty: All replacement parts are covered for 90 days from the date of repair.
- Labor Warranty: Our workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days.
- Coverage: If the same issue occurs within 90 days, we will repair it at no additional cost.
2. What Is Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Return of the same or related issue that was originally repaired.
- Defects in replacement parts provided by our suppliers.
- Workmanship errors in the repair process.
3. What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under our warranty:
- New Damage: Physical damage occurring after the repair (drops, spills, power surges).
- Software Issues: Problems with TV software, apps, or operating systems.
- External Damage: Damage to screens from impact or pressure.
- Water Damage: New liquid exposure after the repair.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Work done on the device by other parties.
4. Diagnostic Fee Policy
- Diagnostics are free if you proceed with the repair.
- If you decline the repair after diagnosis, a diagnostic fee of $50 may apply.
- Diagnostic fees are waived for warranty claims on previous repairs.
5. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of repair services, refunds are handled as follows:
- Completed Repairs: Once a repair is completed and picked up, no refunds are available. However, warranty claims are always honored.
- Before Repair: If you cancel before work begins, any deposits are refundable.
- Part Orders: If a part was ordered specifically for your device and you cancel, the part cost may be deducted from any refund.
6. Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us by phone or in person within 90 days of your original repair.
- Bring your TV and your original receipt or record of the repair.
- We will assess the issue and complete repairs at no charge if it's covered under warranty.
7. Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the time of pickup for completed repairs.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
- For large repairs, a deposit may be required before ordering parts.
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after parts have been ordered.
8. Unclaimed Items
Items not claimed within 90 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of according to applicable laws. No refunds will be available for abandoned items.
